If what you’re looking for is not yet visible in the booking system, please email us to check availability. Please note: No booking is confirmed, and no dates are held, until payment has been made.
Do you offer payment plans
Yes, absolutely! We want every family to feel confident that their special day is within reach. During your consultation, we work with you to customise a package that fits comfortably within your budget.
We also offer flexible payment plan options. You can set up automatic payments to gradually pay off your booking before the event date — whether you prefer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments.
In addition, Afterpay is available at checkout if that’s an easier option for you.
Can you replicate a photo of garland I sent you?
Given the organic nature of garlands, no two garland can be made exactly the same. The colours and composition will be the same (or a close match), however the shape or the end result will never be identical to your inspiration photo. We have a certain formula in working out the amount of balloons we use – please see our Instagram page to get a feel of our style.
Please note that your garlands may appear shorter or longer due to its natural curves. Garland length is measured when they lay flat and straight.
Do prices include removal of the decor?
Yes, the setup and packdown is included in the cost of the package
What happens if something breaks?
We will let you know the amount we require to cover the breakage. It is equal to the cost of replacement value.
How long do balloons last indoors?
The longevity of the balloons depends on the environmental conditions of the space but usually air-filled balloons can last weeks indoors.
What area do you service?
We proudly serve/provide decor in Hawkes Bay. We are also available to travel nationwide for large events.
How long does the setup take?
Client is responsible to provide access to the site of the event at least 90 mins prior to the start of the event. Additional time might be required for larger projects and will be discussed with the client in advance.
